Today is Election day. The only item on the ballot is the special election to replace Jeff Smith. The Democratic Party nominee is Joe Keaveny. He is the current 28th Ward Committeeman and Treasurer of the St. Louis City Democratic Party. I have know and worked with joe for years and know that he will be a strong advocate for the Democratic Party and St. Louis City in the Missouri Senate.
