The 15th Ward and the Missouri 4th State Senate District has a new State Senator. Today is Election day. The only item on the ballot is the special election to replace Jeff Smith. The Democratic Party nominee is Joe Keaveny. He is the current 28th Ward Committeeman and Treasurer of the St. Louis City Democratic Party.
